Chase Espy

PRESIDENT

Chase is a Junior from Kansas City, Kansas majoring in the John H. Mitchell Business of Cinematic Arts Program.  He originally joined Greek Life in the Spring of 2019 and has held numerous positions within in fraternity and other organizations on campus. Chase is incredibly excited to serve as this year's IFC president and looks forward to facilitating growth and excellence within the Greek Community.

Riley is a junior from Los Angeles, California studying Public Policy. He hopes to be accepted to USC's progressive master's degree program this coming Fall.Currently, Riley serves as the Executive Vice-President of Judicial and Internal Affairs for the Interfraternity Council. Riley has previously served as the Vice-President of New Member Health and Wellness within IFC and has held multiple research assistant positions within the Price School of Public Policy. In his free time, Riley enjoys cooking, movies, and reading.

Dylan Strode

Kevin Gartland is a junior from Seattle, Washington. He is currently majoring in Accounting with a minor in Cinematic Arts. Kevin joined Greek Life his freshman year back in the fall of 2017 and has been involved ever since. He has served on his fraternity’s executive board and is now excited to serve as the Vice President of Recruitment. Kevin is looking forward to working with all the chapters to welcome new members to the USC Greek community.

Rohan Daniel

VICE PRESIDENT OF HEALTH & WELLNESS

Rohan is a junior from Overland Park, Kansas majoring in Biomedical Engineering (Electrical). Outside of his involvement in the Greek Community, he is a member of Associated Students of Biomedical Engineering (ASBME), the Director of Events for Trojan Awareness Combatting Overdose (T.A.C.O), and intends to work in the Medical Device Industry after graduation. As the VP of Health and Wellness, he hopes to increase drug safety, hazing prevention, bystander intervention, and mental health awareness on the row.

Ben Harbort

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNICATIONS

David Cooper is an undergraduate member of the Class of 2021 who majors in Environmental Studies and minors in Business Finance.  He is from San Diego, CA and is happy to still be in sunny Southern California. David joined Greek Life his first semester in Fall 2017, and considers it the best decision he has made for his college experience. Prior to joining IFC, he served as President of his fraternity along with other positions within his chapter. David's career goals are to get work in sustainability sciences or consulting, hoping to strengthen the connection between businesses and environmentally friendly practices.

Nolan Mac Ban

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Francisco Rodriguez is a sophomore from Dallas, Texas studying Astronautical Engineering with a minor in Business Finance. He is a presidential scholar and a Latino Alumni Association Scholar. Outside of his coursework and involvement on IFC, Francisco spends his time in numerous other clubs and organizations on campus including Greek Life Crossing (GLC), SHPE, and Engineers Without Borders where he is the Logistics lead for the Bolivia Team. Francisco enjoys playing sports, volunteering his time, and going on outdoor adventures like hiking, canoeing, and fishing. Throughout his term on IFC, Francisco hopes to better the relations with the surrounding community. He hopes to change perceptions given to the row by setting an example for all residents in LA alike by volunteering and creating a plan of action to become environmentally sustainable.
